South Africa has a vast interior that varies from arid semi-desert regions to subtropical forest, sprawling plains and vast mountain ranges. It does however seem that apart from the Drakensberg, most of South Africa’s photogenic landscapes are concentrated on the coast, which is why I’ve chosen to condense various diverse areas from the interior into one gallery.

This gallery features everything from the Cityscapes of Gauteng to Blyde River Canyon, Augrabies Falls, Magoebaskloof and the Eastern Cape Highlands. Test out your knowledge of SA by seeing if you can guess the locations of all these photos!

If you’re interested in a photographic tour to the Blyde River Canyon and the Drakensberg or have any questions about the images in this gallery, please get in touch and let me know.
